Kelly Brush Ride – Team Allie B

Hi friends & family – As many of you probably know my dear friend Allie was in a biking accident on August 6th resulting in a spinal cord injury. This Saturday, I am riding 100 miles in the Kelly Brush Ride in honor of Allie, as she will still be in rehab. The Kelly Brush Foundation empowers people with spinal cord injuries to continue pursuing active lives in the outdoors, and money raised through the ride goes towards providing grants for adaptive sports equipment.

In typical Allie B fashion, she is facing this challenge head on and with a smile on her face. Allie’s attitude and perspective are so inspiring to me, and have no doubt changed my life. Her road ahead is long and daunting, but I know that Allie and I will be back to our outdoor adventures!!

Please check out this link to learn more about the KBF and read more about Allie’s story. Team Allie B has almost met our goal of $5,000!! Thank you so much!
